Terms and Conditions for Using Ishurilms.com and Apps

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your access to and use of Ishurilms.com and its associated mobile applications (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), provided by Ishurilms ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the Platform, you ("you", "your", "Subscriber", "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
1. Subscription and Services
1.1 Access: Ishurilms provides schools and educational institutions ("Subscriber") with a subscription-based Learning Management System ("LMS") that facilitates online learning, content management, and communication tools.
1.2 Subscription Fees: Schools must pay the required subscription fees to access the services offered by Ishurilms. Subscription fees are outlined in the relevant subscription plans, and payments must be made according to the terms specified during registration.
1.3 License: Upon payment of the subscription fee, Ishurilms grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform during the subscription term solely for your internal educational purposes.
2. User Obligations
2.1 Compliance: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property, data privacy, and online conduct.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
2.3 Content: You are responsible for the content uploaded, shared, or distributed on the Platform. You agree not to upload or share content that infringes upon the rights of any third party or violates any laws.
3. Restrictions 3.1 Prohibited Actions: You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under these Terms to any third party without our express written consent.
- Distribute or make available any content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
4. Data Privacy

5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Payment Terms: Subscription fees are due at the start of the subscription period. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment methods accepted by Ishurilms.
5.2 Non-Refundable: All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified in the Subscription Agreement or by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, software, code, graphics, and trademarks related to the Platform are the exclusive property of Ishurilms or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 Limited Use: You may only use the Platform as expressly authorized in these Terms and shall not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Ishurilms: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful activities.
7.2 Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Ishurilms. Cancellation will not entitle you to a refund for any paid subscription fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ishurilms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Platform Availability: While Ishurilms strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may, at our discretion, suspend or discontinue the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

9.1 Indemnification by You: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ishurilms, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ishurilms operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction in which Ishurilms operates.

11.1 Changes to Terms: Ishurilms reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the Platform after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ishurilms concerning your use of the Platform.
